The gameplay analytics described in this policy apply from version 1.0.0 build 58 onward.
Thank you for playing Kumpir Legend ("the Game", "we", "us", or "our"). We are committed to safeguarding your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you download, install, and play Kumpir Legend on iOS and Android devices.
1. Information We Collect
- We do not require user registration or account creation to play.
- We do not collect, store, or have access to personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, physical address, contacts, or precise geolocation.
- All game progression, coins, upgrades, and scores are stored strictly locally on your device (and within your private device backups if enabled by your operating system).
- We collect anonymous gameplay analytics: a randomly generated install identifier, session information, the device's operating system version, and in-game events such as days completed, upgrades purchased, and ads watched. This identifier is not linked to you, your Apple ID, or your device's advertising identifier, and cannot be used to contact you.
2. Third-Party Services & Advertising
Kumpir Legend is free to play and supported by optional in-game advertisements and optional in-app purchases:
A. Google AdMob (Advertising & UMP Consent)
- We use Google AdMob to serve banner, interstitial, and rewarded video ads.
- AdMob may process pseudonymous device identifiers (such as IDFA on iOS or GAID on Android), IP address, and technical device metadata to deliver relevant or contextual advertisements.
- GDPR & CCPA Compliance: For users located in the European Economic Area (EEA), UK, and applicable jurisdictions, we provide a Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent dialog allowing you to customize or revoke consent for personalized advertising at any time.

B. Apple App Store (In-App Purchases)
- If you make an optional in-app purchase (such as "Remove Ads"), payments are handled directly and securely by Apple through StoreKit.
- We never receive or store your payment details, credit card numbers, or billing info.

C. GameAnalytics (Gameplay Analytics)
- We use GameAnalytics to understand gameplay progression, balance game economics, and improve overall stability.
- Data Processed: A random UUID generated on first launch and stored in your local save file (not tied to any account, Apple ID, IDFA, or IDFV), a per-session random ID and session counter, platform (
ios), operating system version, manufacturer (apple), and in-game events (days completed, earnings, customers served and lost, upgrades bought, goals claimed, ads shown, and purchases completed).
- What Is Not Collected: We do not collect or transmit your device model, advertising identifier (IDFA), contacts, location, or anything you type in the game.
- IP Address & Approximate Location: GameAnalytics receives the request's IP address on their servers to deliver the network request and derives an approximate country from it, as any HTTP API does.
- Consent-Gated Queue: Gameplay events are held in a local queue and never transmitted until the consent dialog has been answered. If consent is refused, the queue is discarded and no analytics data is transmitted.

3. Children's Privacy (COPPA & Global Standards)
- Kumpir Legend is designed for general audiences and suitable for all ages.
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Union).
- Ads served to users without personalized tracking consent are strictly non-personalized and contextual.
4. Data Retention and Security
- Because game data is stored locally on your device, uninstalling or clearing app data will remove your local game save.
- We do not operate external gameplay servers storing player identity profiles.
5. Your Choices & Controls
- Tracking Permission Prompt: On iOS, you are asked once whether the game may use your advertising identifier for personalized ads. Declining is honoured, and your choice can be changed later under
Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Ad Tracking: You can manage or disable ad tracking at any time via your device settings (
Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on iOS).
- Notification Reminders: You can toggle daily reminder notifications on or off in the in-game Settings menu or via your device settings.
