1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or playing Kumpir Legend, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not install or play the Game.

2. License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable limited license to download and play the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on supported iOS and Android devices.

3. In-App Purchases & Virtual Currency

The Game may offer optional in-app purchases (e.g., "Remove Ads") and in-game virtual currency (Lira / Gold).
Virtual currency has no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for real money, goods, or services.
All purchases are processed securely through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms and conditions.

4. Intellectual Property

All game assets, artwork, music, sound effects, characters, logos, and code are the exclusive intellectual property of the developer and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free gameplay.
